Affiliate Terms &
Conditions.

By registering as an affiliate or reseller on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your relationship with our platform and establishes the legal framework for our partnership.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.

Our platform operates on a **Wholesale Wholesale** basis. Resellers are granted the right to use our technology to provide services to their own end-clients under their own brand identify (white-labeling).

• **Platform Base Price**: Resellers are charged a fixed base price per invitation created.
• **Retail Autonomy**: Resellers are free to set their own retail pricing for end-clients.
• **Subscription Fees**: Registration is currently free. However, the platform reserves the right to introduce mandatory monthly subscription fees for resellers in the future.

Resellers are solely responsible for managing payments from their own end-clients. Our platform **does not handle, process, or arbitrate** any transactions between resellers and third-party customers.

Invitations are provided based on the plan selected (1-month or 3-month availability). Continued access to the invitation after the plan expiration requires further payment or plan extension.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous operation of the service or its fitness for a particular purpose.

**Zero Liability for Third-Party Disputes**: We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for disputes between resellers and their clients. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability to any reseller for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the reseller for the specific invitation or service plan in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts immediately and without notice for:

• Non-payment of wholesale fees or future subscription fees.
• Violation of anti-spam policies or legal regulations.
• Activities that bring disrepute to the platform or its brand identity.

Upon termination, access to the dashboard and all hosted invitations will be disabled.
